We have been invited by Thomas Keller’s Ad Hoc Restaurant in Yountville to celebrate the new release of 2006 Metamorphosis. Ad Hoc’s Chef de Cuisine, Dave Cruz, has carefully crafted a wonderful 4-course menu to compliment this extraordinary wine as well as the 2006 Transformation.

You will be sipping our 2005 Metamorphosis as you frolic on the grounds and visit the Valley’s only private research grade observatory, in anticipation of our E-Auction lot: a one-of-a-kind wine and food pairing and star gazing experience for eight.
