Jaffe Estate Ad Hoc's 4-Course Dinnner
2009-09-01

September 24th will be a great day for Jaffe Estate

We have been invited by Thomas Keller’s Ad Hoc Restaurant in Yountville to celebrate the new release of 2006 Metamorphosis.  Ad Hoc’s Chef de Cuisine, Dave Cruz, has carefully crafted a wonderful 4-course menu to compliment this extraordinary wine as well as the 2006 Transformation

Great company on the famed “Chalk Board” of Ad Hoc

Ad Hoc has been one of our most loyal supporters since the beginning and we are honored and grateful for this opportunity to showcase the 2006 Metamorphosis and invite us to join in the celebration. And, late September is a great time to visit the Valley and get into the “harvest spirit.”
