We have been invited by Thomas Keller’s Ad Hoc Restaurant in Yountville to celebrate the new release of 2006 Metamorphosis. Ad Hoc’s Chef de Cuisine, Dave Cruz, has carefully crafted a wonderful 4-course menu to compliment this extraordinary wine as well as the 2006 Transformation.

Brilliant and pure, with a rich earthiness." And Tasting Director/Senior Editor, Joe Czerwinski writes "no region evokes Napa like St. Helena….and leading the way is newcomer Jaffe Estate's debut release [2005] Transformation. "

Gerald Boyd, a well known critic and wine writer, awarded 2005 Transformation 90 points and wrote of its "inviting aroma of black fruits, sweet spices, smoky oak and very subtle herbal back note. [A palate showing] good balance and texture with a dry fruit finish."
